VisuCon-F Frozen Normal Control Plasmas

are pooled normal citrated human plasmas collected from a minimum of 20 donors, buffered with 0.02M HEPES buffer, dispensed and rapidly frozen.  Affinity Biologicals offers three different Normal Pooled Plasma products for diagnostic use:

The VisuCon^™-F Frozen Normal Control Plasmas is an assayed normal control plasma that may be used to monitor the performance of coagulation assays with assigned reference ranges for each parameter.

The VisuCon^™-F Frozen Unassayed Normal Control Plasma is a normal pooled plasma that may be used in monitoring the performance of PT and APTT assays in routine coagulation testing. 

The VisuCon^™-F Frozen Coag Screen N is a normal pooled plasma that may be used in monitoring the performance of PT and APTT assays in routine coagulation testing. Available for diagnostic use in the United States only.
